Objectives:

At the end of this session you should be able to:

  1. Describe the type and nature of learner support required for teleconferencing and computer-mediated communication (CMC);
  2. Relate the experiences you have had in exploring the courses available at a distance via the World Wide Web or other sources; and
  3. List guidelines for the production of study guides, graphic materials and other text materials for distance learning.
